Some projects bring you back to your roots. For us, Lost Shore — formerly Wavegarden Scotland — was one of them.

Scotland’s newest surf destination

Lost Shore is Scotland’s inland surf resort, built around a world-class wave pool. It’s a community-rooted project designed to bring surfing to people who’ve never had access to it, alongside a considered mix of hospitality, leisure and landscape. The architecture reflects that ambition: thoughtful, beautiful, and built to belong in its setting.

Our role

We walked with the Lost Shore team through every stage of the visualisation process – from initial concepts through to final photorealistic imagery. Working with architect Oberlanders, interior designers S + Co., and landscape architects Harrison Stevens, we created a comprehensive suite of CGI visuals spanning interiors, exteriors, aerial views and landscapes.

The brief was to bring the buildings and spaces to life before a single brick was laid – giving the team imagery that could inspire, attract investment and communicate the vision to future guests and stakeholders.

Why this project matters

Architectural visualisation at this level is about more than making a building look good. It’s about capturing the spirit of a place. The scale of a wave pool from above. The way natural light falls through a glazed lobby. These are the details that make someone feel something.

The result captured exactly the spirit of Where Giants Roam: ambitious, captivating, and genuinely inspiring. Now open and welcoming surfers from across Scotland and beyond.
