Bringing the Ooni Halo Pro Spiral Mixer to life wasn’t just about making a film – it was about creating an experience. One that seamlessly blended live production, high-end CGI, and dynamic storytelling to showcase a product built to revolutionise dough-making.

A new product. A new category. The same Ooni quality.

When Ooni approached us to create the launch film for the Halo Pro, we knew this wasn’t just another product drop. It was the introduction of something entirely new — a precision spiral mixer engineered for consistency, efficiency and dough-making magic. It deserved a launch film that hit just as hard.

More live action. More hybrid production. More world-building.

This project marked a shift in how we approach storytelling. By seamlessly fusing filmed footage with CGI, we created a film that feels tangible, dynamic and effortlessly premium – not just showing what the Halo Pro looks like, but capturing what it feels like to use.

We shot live action in a controlled production setup, using smooth, kinetic camera moves to enhance the product’s form and function. Every frame was considered. Every shot designed to flow seamlessly into the CGI sequences.

Inside the mix: CGI that feels real

Our CGI work didn’t stop at product beauty shots. We took the viewer inside the process – visualising the gluten network forming as dough kneads, the perfect fusion of oil and water, and the precise rhythm of the spiral hook at work. Every detail was crafted to look and feel as real as possible, balancing technical realism with a refined, cinematic aesthetic.

Virtual photography: the detail in every frame

Alongside the animation, virtual photography taken from the CGI sequences highlights the level of precision in our work. The way light catches the steel. The stretch and elasticity of the dough. The fluid, hypnotic motion of ingredients mixing. Every still frame tells its own story.

The result

20,000 people on the waitlist before official launch. Sold out in 6 minutes flat. A film that doesn’t just showcase the Halo Pro – it elevates it.
